No longer a loyal customer We have been using Casey Chevrolet for over 10 years. Although we had heard several people say not to use them, we had already bought our car from the We have been using Casey Chevrolet for over 10 years. Although we had heard several people say not to use them, we had already bought our car from them and continued using their service. Whenever I heard something negative, I defended Casey. We received good service and the White Team representative (Rich) took very good care of us. However, as of today, I will never return to any Casey dealership. Rich has left the dealership and we were placed on a different team. They gave us a quote that was $700 under the actual bill. The manager and the new team representative showed no compassion concerning the extra cost. They did not understand that I would not have had the work done if I knew that it would cost almost $2,000. They just wanted to argue with me. The manager immediately defended his team representative, in a demeaning manner. I am giving one star only because when another team member saw how upset I was, he was very helpful in helping me get my car and leave as fast as possible....never to return to a Casey Dealership. I have never posted a review before but I felt that I needed to make an exception, in this case. I hope this will help others. More

Still a courteous and professional business. Safe guards put in place due to the corona virus. My service advisor wore a mask, gloves, and used hand sanitizer. I also had Great! work done by the Service Department team, thru Ms 'Loan Pham', a Great! service adviser. Not to mention, my 2014 chevy silverado, came out looking & running like new. dropped a vehicle off for a scheduled repair, was told it would be a few hours to complete. I work across the street from this facility so made no other transportation arrangements. After lunch I was a little concerned so I called and had to leave a message to contact me when work was completed. I got off work and got to the facility to learn they had closed 10 minutes earlier. No one in any of the garages. Tons of employees on the dealership side but of course no one could help. Called the next morning and was told the wrong part came in and they would try to fix today. I said never mind I was coming to take my vehicle. Miraculously my vehicle was fixed in less than the hour it took for me to get over there. Then, they have the audacity to tell me they were doing a courtesy for me having my vehicle cleaned and detailed. It would only be 30 minutes. 35 minutes later I’m still waiting. xxx? So I’m sitting here writing as many reviews as I can manage to warn as many as I can. More
