The service dept makes customer satisfaction #1. I had an unexplained issue going on with my car. Jeff told me to bring it in for service. Rick worked hard to find the problem. He spent hours on it. Even though he could not find the problem, he still gave me piece of mind. And when they had Mark get my car for me to pickup, he took time to get it washed for me. I left there feeling that even though Rick could not find the problem, I still left with a feeling that they really care about me. Thank you . More
Had a very poor experience I recently took my 2013 Silverado to this dealer to get some interior door trim and the windshield replaced under warranty. I didn't buy my truck at this dealership because when I was shopping around they didn't have what I was looking for and the salesmen got into and heated argument over who was going to try and sell me a truck while I was standing right in front of them. The manager had to come over to deal with them before I was help. But that's not what I'm here to tell you about. When I made my first appointment to bring the truck in they had cancelled my appointment due to snow. But they didn't bother contacting me to tell this or to reschedule my appointment. When I went in for my second appointment, Jeff and the service team had no idea I was coming, evidently Patsy forgot to record my appointment on the schedule, so they couldn't do the work then. They manager(don't remember his name) did end up dealing with me and he was nice and sorted it all out but I was already very dissatisfied with my experience so far. So the next week I get a call and they say they are ready to do the work. I drop my truck of in the morning before work and they say I can pick it up in the afternoon. They call throughout the day to update me on the status because they're running behind but they guarantee my truck will be ready for me to pick up that day. Then Jeff calls 10 minutes before they close and ask if they can keep the truck overnight. He was very surprised when I say "no you can't, I need the truck tonight, you said it would be done and you had it all day". Then he says I can't pick it up because it's not done. So I tell him he's going to have to give me a loaner car because I have plans. This is surprising to him and he says they are about to close. I live close by but Jeff tells me I "better hurry up and get in here" before the promptly hangs up the phone. He called me right before they close to tell me I can't have my truck back and he acts surprised and annoyed that I want a loaner!? Anyway, to sum this all up Jonelle was rude and annoyed when I show up to get the loaner. Don't go to this dealer if you don't have to, there are plenty of others in the area. More

Insufficient service for price paid. My wife an I just completed a cross country trip in our new C7 Corvette. We took the car to Casey for an oil change, small warranty work and a showro My wife an I just completed a cross country trip in our new C7 Corvette. We took the car to Casey for an oil change, small warranty work and a showroom detail cleaning to return the car to showroom condition. The charge for this cleaning service was $210. I willingly agreed to the price for a showroom detail cleaning after discussion with the service advisor the level of cleaning that would be done for the price. After picking the car up from the dealership, and getting the car home, I looked a little closer at the cleaning detail. Amazingly, the motor compartment was never touched other than to change the oil. Dust and dirt from the cross country 7500 mile journey obviously still under hood. The water marks from the exterior washing were still evident on the underside of the hood, so the hood was never opened during the cleaning process. In one of the cup holders in the center console, there were crumbs or some sort of debris still obviously left over from the strip. The dust in the cracks and crevices of the center console was obviously never vacuumed. The inside of the wheels, which were specifically discussed with Jeff before the service was scheduled, had not been touched as well as the wheel wells. The underside of the painted surface of the rocker panels were not touched. The interior portion of the door hinges were not touched. Bug residue on the front valance was still evident, even though most had been removed during the washing of the vehicle. If Casey Chevrolet calls this cleaning a showroom detail worthy of a $210 charge, I find it very difficult to understand a mindset that would allow this thinking possible. I am Totally, and Completely dissatisfied with the extent and quality of this cleaning service. My wife says she could have done a better job in a couple hours on our own driveway. And, without a doubt, if I had any inclination whatsoever that this is what I would have gotten for a showroom detail cleaning at a cost of $210, I would have cleaned the car myself. With insufficient service such as this, it makes one wonder whether the oil was actually changed. UNBELIEVABLE!!! More

I recently went under the knife for shoulder rotor cuff surgery which is painful. Due to the pain that is associated to this kind of surgery, pain meds are taken so unable to drive. It also put me out of work for 6 weeks, which also made time for me to schedule time for this fault. Because of Jeffrey Amos diligence he arranged for my 2009 Silverado to be picked up for repair and returned after it was finished. They had found a bulletin on whining coming from the bearing in my torque converter at no charge. As always, Jeffrey Amos and Casey Chevy, diagnosed and repaired\replaced and finished either within promised time of return and sum times, like this time, much sooner than promised. I give them 6 out of five stars available and a rating of 11 out of 10 points available. Jeff\Casey, you are the toast of the town. More
