You are correct, your vehicle would not start initially due to your vehicle’s dead battery. We have corrected this issue by replacing the battery in your vehicle, as well as addressing an open recall on your vehicle. If it still an issue, we are more than happy to look at it again for you. As for any odors in your vehicle, we are more than happy to remove that for you as well.
