Service - Appointments are Pointless I am STILL sitting here waiting for my reinspection. I had a 745am appointment and it is now 942. Perry told me 20 minutes. I simply need my license p I am STILL sitting here waiting for my reinspection. I had a 745am appointment and it is now 942. Perry told me 20 minutes. I simply need my license plate light bulbs reinspected. I had to go ask someone what was taking so long and was told my tech from yesterday was busy so they passed it to another tech or person (Bill Nettles). I asked Bill should I go sit back in the waiting area. All he could say was I guess so. What kind of an answer is that? Can I get a timeframe please? Why did I have to go ask for this information? How hard is it to reinspect light bulbs? I am very disappointed and displeased. We have given this dealership another chance after being disappointed previously. This is ridiculous. I have to go get ready for work. Can someone tell me why you all cannot get it together? There were only three people waiting when I got here this morning. More

I actually live 2 hours from the dealership now and have tried two other Chevrolet dealerships in my area to perform service on my vehicle and have constantly been disappointed; so last week when I had to get new tires and my engine serviced, it was worth the drive to have the service team at Casey work on my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle or have theirs serviced! More

CHEVY SONIC 2014 TURBO Tuesday 10/4/16 driving down the road and heard a noise, thinking it was a vehicle around me, then the car was no longer around me and my car was stil Tuesday 10/4/16 driving down the road and heard a noise, thinking it was a vehicle around me, then the car was no longer around me and my car was still "singing". Thank goodness I was on Jefferson Ave in front of Casey Chevrolet! This is where I also purchased my vehicle! I pulled straight into the service bay and Jeff was there (my regular man Richard was having lunch) as I got out of the car Jeff said "don't look so stressed". I said that it didn't sound good and he said no it doesn't but we will take care of it for you! Signed my car in picked up a loaner and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!! Yes 15 minutes!! I received a call the next day with the results (thank goodness for warranty). I picked my vehicle up no cost (warranty, warranty). Dropped off the loaner and out the door I went. Thank goodness for caring folks to look out for their customers. I will recommend them if asked for a reliable service team for a vehicle. THANK YOU JEFF and service techs for taking care of my baby. More
