Sales at all costs! In the last weeks, Casey Chevrolet dealership sold an SUV vehicle to my 20 year old granddaughter. She had a 2002 PT Cruiser that I helped purchase In the last weeks, Casey Chevrolet dealership sold an SUV vehicle to my 20 year old granddaughter. She had a 2002 PT Cruiser that I helped purchase 2 years ago. No car payments. $200 a month ins. She struggles with managing her money. She gave the PT Cruiser to Casey as a trade and she had the title. They gave her nothing for it. And she was to put down $500 which she didn't have. She told me she was allowed to bring the money when she got her paycheck. Who does that? With all the shady, underhanded car sales people out here, I was shocked this was allowed. As a result, I deleted the dealership as an option for my vehicle purchase. I have come to the conclusion that car dealers want to make as much money as possible no matter what. There are no deals, incentives or discounts..just bull and rhetoric. People who purchase cars must decide which dealership is less shadier than the other. More
