LaDonna T was outstanding! I have certainly bought my fair share of cars in my lifetime and LaDonna is quite simply, one of the best I have ever dealt with! She always answered I have certainly bought my fair share of cars in my lifetime and LaDonna is quite simply, one of the best I have ever dealt with! She always answered my calls and always made sure I always had what I needed. And when I did need something, she jumped right on it and got it turned around as fast as possible. An example of her outstanding customer service is that my son was driving the car back to Ohio from Newport when an engine light came on. I called her about it and she walked me through the steps my son needed to follow to make sure the car was good to go. She also reached out to the dealership my son went to and again made sure things were good to go. In these days where one feels like they are a number when buying a car, it was awesome to work with LaDonna who made it feel special, like it should be. Anyone in the Newport area that works with any other sales person when buying a car is making a mistake. LaDonna was awesome! More
