Why would you ever deal with Auto Credit of VA. I want to bring my car back I’m so disappointed. Very unprofessional ladies. I paid my car via the phone option. My payment was due Friday however I work Frida bring my car back I’m so disappointed. Very unprofessional ladies. I paid my car via the phone option. My payment was due Friday however I work Fridays and Saturday. I also get paid in Friday’s. I normally pay no later than the following Monday. Today I could not make it into the office and needed to pay via phone assuming I would get a code after payment. I called after paying to verify and was told there nothing they could do for 48 hours because they use a third party service for phone payment and I would have to wait until the payment posted I their end for a code. This is unacceptable. This company will try and hold your car hostage for the smallest of things. I have paid in time for more than a year. This should never happen to a consumer who has been loyal and consistent. They also give no options or provide any help. I called Casey and was passed off to someone in used car sales/finance. He was a manager I believe. He also had a very unprofessional attitude. He didn’t even want to agree that this finance company was a direct reflection of Casey. Which it is. These people are NEVER of service to their consumer. After waiting until after 4pm I called to speak to the GM. I was told she was waiting in my call. Very ironically she became busy and was on a call for the remainder of the day. I called over and over explaining that I was stranded at work. Not one time did they try and help. Just she’s still in the phone. Up until they closed. I will be filing reports against this company. I will also be contacting the Leader of our benefits hub and we will be making sure that Target does not at all partner with Casey via our benefit hub going further. As a big retailer we would never ever tell our son Sumer to wait on us and we are talking about $20 purchases. Your consumer has purchased a vehicle from you and this finance company thinks okay to use the PassTime device to hold your car hostage. They are late posting your payments when you use the Dropbox. Their excuse is always they got busy when they opened. But wouldn’t getting payments out a night box be priority? And why would the fact that they chose to use a third party a consumer fault and if you are why do you think the consumer remembers that you explained the policy a year after they signed their loan. If the payment isn’t going to post immediately what is the purpose. Why would you not just have a cashier that takes phone payment so they post promptly. Or have another option. It’s 2020 and their are plenty of other xxx options. This company has excuse after excuse for why they are incompetent and why they can continue to treat their consumer this way. I will be reaching out to caravans to get rid of this car and get a new loan option. More
