After speaking to the service manager, Mr. Rick Milton, I must admit Casey went beyond fair in trying to offer a sufficient resolution to this bad tasting experience. Although it will require two additional 25 mile drives, in two different vehicles, in order to resubmit our C7 for cleaning and leave it for the day, it will be given the cleaning we paid for......and Casey has agreed to refund the cost in an effort to make satisfactory what was very unsatisfactory in the beginning. We must compliment Casey in making this effort to correct this mistake.
