The mechanics said it was a wonder I made it this long with everything wrong with the car. I told the sales guy I wanted a used car not a new car for one he didn't listen to me he brought me a 2015 car. I did not want lied about everything then had a nerve to ask my mother to cosign for me for that 2015 car no. I told you I want a used car and you didn't even ask me to go look at the used cars to see which one would work. Then he comes with paperwork that states I need $3000 after I told you I don't have that kind of money laying around. Then you think it's funny that yall sold me a lemon. I will never bring my brother who is looking to buy a car and make sure I let other people know about Casey dealership they are a bunch of liars that thinks it's OK to sale customers lemons and now they are stuck paying on a car that no longer runs it belongs in a junk yard for scraps. The service dept makes customer satisfaction #1. I had an unexplained issue going on with my car. Jeff told me to bring it in for service. Rick worked hard to find the problem. He spent hours on it. Even though he could not find the problem, he still gave me piece of mind. And when they had Mark get my car for me to pickup, he took time to get it washed for me. Had a very poor experience I recently took my 2013 Silverado to this dealer to get some interior door trim and the windshield replaced under warranty. I didn't buy my truck at this dealership because when I was shopping around they didn't have what I was looking for and the salesmen got into and heated argument over who was going to try and sell me a truck while I was standing right in front of them. The manager had to come over to deal with them before I was help. But that's not what I'm here to tell you about. When I made my first appointment to bring the truck in they had cancelled my appointment due to snow. But they didn't bother contacting me to tell this or to reschedule my appointment. When I went in for my second appointment, Jeff and the service team had no idea I was coming, evidently Patsy forgot to record my appointment on the schedule, so they couldn't do the work then. They manager(don't remember his name) did end up dealing with me and he was nice and sorted it all out but I was already very dissatisfied with my experience so far. So the next week I get a call and they say they are ready to do the work. I drop my truck of in the morning before work and they say I can pick it up in the afternoon. They call throughout the day to update me on the status because they're running behind but they guarantee my truck will be ready for me to pick up that day. Then Jeff calls 10 minutes before they close and ask if they can keep the truck overnight. He was very surprised when I say "no you can't, I need the truck tonight, you said it would be done and you had it all day". Then he says I can't pick it up because it's not done. So I tell him he's going to have to give me a loaner car because I have plans. This is surprising to him and he says they are about to close. I live close by but Jeff tells me I "better hurry up and get in here" before the promptly hangs up the phone. He called me right before they close to tell me I can't have my truck back and he acts surprised and annoyed that I want a loaner!? Anyway, to sum this all up Jonelle was rude and annoyed when I show up to get the loaner. Don't go to this dealer if you don't have to, there are plenty of others in the area. More
Outstanding Customer Service, as usual We recently ordered and purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD from Casey Chevrolet. This was our first special order vehicle. We worked directly with Scott and Craig and the process was very smooth. We were updated on each step of the vehicle build and delivery process. We were notified when the truck started on the build line; when it was loaded on the train for shipment; and when it arrived. All employees of this dealership have always been friendly and courteous each and every time we would visit the dealership. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from Casey. We return each time due to the knowledgeable sales staff and fantastic employees. We worked with Scott Gregoire during the sales process. We worked with Ray Ortiz for the financial paperwork. Mr. Ortiz remembered us from the previous vehicle purchases over 4 years ago. We worked directly with Craig Politte during the ordering process. We have worked with Craig during every vehicle purchase we have made with Casey. He is one of the main reasons why we return. More
Less then 6 months November 2014 I purchase a van. I contacted sales because I purchased at closing and realized there were quite a few things wrong. I spoke to my sal November 2014 I purchase a van. I contacted sales because I purchased at closing and realized there were quite a few things wrong. I spoke to my salesman, his manager and the sales department manager. When I didn't get a resolution, I contacted BBB. The sales manager gave me a copy of the inspection report completed a few months before and did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. It's was time for a free oil change, I decided to pay at Meineke instead because of their service. Meineke confirmed the entire break system was rusted out. Quoted mea out $1100 to fix. They also said that after the 6k miles that I used, the tires needed to be replaced and would not pass inspection. They said that the car needed an alignment totaling $600. The following day, the tire blew, I attempted to change it. It was so rusted I had to purchase a AAA membership just to have a professional help me. The first tow man was only able to get the spare from under the car after spraying liquid wrench it. Once again, the wheels were rusted on the disc and we had to call another AAA driver who had to beat the inside of the tire, to remove it from the car. I have a vedeo of AAA efforts and the estimate for the work needed. More

Awesome Dealership I came in looking for a 2014 used Captiva and the salesman Esaa was honest with me that they had discontinued those in 2014. He recommended a new Chev I came in looking for a 2014 used Captiva and the salesman Esaa was honest with me that they had discontinued those in 2014. He recommended a new Chevy Trax that had all of the same perks plus some for virtually the same price. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the car and service. Esaa deserves a huge pat on the back. More
Bought a lemon and Never corrected I purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox and the OnStar battery and Stabilitrak never worked and they told me to bring the car back and they would fix all I purchased a used Chevrolet Equinox and the OnStar battery and Stabilitrak never worked and they told me to bring the car back and they would fix all of it but when I went back they wanted to charge me $350 even though they promised to fix it for free it was one of those verbal agreements where they suddenly had amnesia. I decided that it was time to get another car, I went back to Casey to see if I could trade in my equinox on a different SUV problem is I was sold a lemon and now comes the appraisal I owe 10500 but they only offered me 4000 for the lemon they sold me.I did an internet search so an Internet employee calls me and tells me to give Casey another try and I did I met the first salesman he was in such a hurry that he spent ten minutes with me and left so I called to complain and I asked to see my old sales lady corrine she is the friendliest person there as well as Keiana, it just seems kind of funny that the rest of the management would not try make things right and put me in the vehicle that I came up there to purchase. I am a disabled veteran and no offer of a military discount or any other go to the breaking point sale was made to me after my third attempt. I love my sales lady, but it seems Casey wants profits ahead of what's right. Too much greed in this country, wished I never joined the military it just made me handicapped poor,and disrespected. The WORST part was knowing my father worked for GM for 35 year's saved GM millions on a little piece of metal he invented and not one of them would give me anything in writing it was all verbal with we can't help you.....Sorry! So,to me it was a waste of gas and approximately 7 hrs.for them to try to DUMP another unwanted vehicle on me instead. But I refuse to purchase anything other than a GM product due to my father's wishes previous to his passing and my loyalty. Maybe another dealership.....who knows. More
