Fred, after review of your service records for this vehicle, we clearly have a misunderstanding in the outcomes of your experiences here as well as your opinion of how you’ve been treated. When we sold you your vehicle in 2011, we sold it as a vehicle that we believed was quality and released any information we knew beforehand about it. Like we said before, a lot can happen in the 3 years someone owns a vehicle and the value depreciates. We always have the customer’s best interest as our priority and do all we can to make them happy. This is what we tried to do in the 7 hours you spent at our dealership.
