He is very patient with me because this is my first BMW and I ask a ton of questions however, he breaks it down answering them all even when my husband has a few choice of words and questions. I received a call to schedule my annual inspection. I talked to my service advisor prior to my service because I know I have maintenance items that need to be taken care of in 2024. I really appreciated him taken the time to make sure I take of service items the correct way because I didn't want to spend $1000 at one time. He also advised me that when I had new tires installed, the company stripped the bolts for my wheel locks. He has always provided excellent customer service. More
