very bad order new truck on may 10 2016,trading in 2009 ,had deal for 31000 out ddoor price,vehicle comes in end of june,go to pick up they start looking at my order new truck on may 10 2016,trading in 2009 ,had deal for 31000 out ddoor price,vehicle comes in end of june,go to pick up they start looking at my truck (2009) buzz Mendoza who i made deal with on may 10, calls me in his office asks if i can give him more coin,because this and that are wrong with truck,first he wants 5k more then leaves office again and comes back he wants 8k more, i evened offered him 4k would not take .on may 10 ,he twisted my arm to order truck and then pulls this, ialso lost out on a private 750 dollar rebate that expired on may 31,because i ordered truck,now i have no new truck and an old truck with 3000 more miles, do not walk away from this dealer ,run away from them,total conmen . More
Buy a Truck from These Guys I had been thinking about buying a truck for over a year having never owned one. After doing my research I decided that I wanted to go with Ford and w I had been thinking about buying a truck for over a year having never owned one. After doing my research I decided that I wanted to go with Ford and went to Casco Bay Ford. They have a fantastic selection there of both used and new. From looking at the selection of vehicles on the lot I got the impression that trucks are what they really specialize in selling. Ben Seefeldt was the sales associate who worked with me. He met us out on the lot and walked us through the variety of used trucks that they had and then showed us lower end and higher end new trucks in stock. I was thinking of getting a new truck prior to going to the dealership since used trucks often seem to be almost as expensive as new ones, but they had a nice selection of used trucks and better prices than I had generally seen online for used trucks, so my wife and I ended up choosing to get a fully loaded 3 year old F150 for a much lower price than a similar new one. The purchasing experience was absolutely low pressure. We also had my 3 year old son with us who was even more excited about buying a truck than I was, and they were very understanding of his excessive energy level as we tried to get through the tedious paperwork associated with vehicle purchasing. Having never owned a truck, I want to say that they did not try to talk me into buying one. They were very up front on the costs of truck ownership and maintenance and really seemed interested in helping me make a decision as to whether buying a truck was a good decision for me. The sales associate clearly wanted to make the sale, but it was very clear that if I did not like something that he said he was not going to try to fast talk me into buying anyway. I have been driving the truck for about a month now, and everything on it works great. I hope not to be buying a new truck for a long time, but next time I do, I plan to return to Casco Bay Ford. More
Very poor attitude in the service department I've dealt with these guys a while now. The counter guys aqre former mechanics, not customer service profeswsionals. These guys act like they are doing you a favor everytime the you bring your cdar there. You get absoulutely no sense they care wehter you go there or not. It's almost like there only there becuase they are obligated to do service as a dealer. This morning I went in for an appoiment they know about since Monday. They waited till I got there this morning and told me they might not have the parts. I asked why they didn't have the parts and didn't call the night before if that was the case. I got qa look like I was crazy for asking them to do thier jobs. I took my keys and left. The sad thing is, the parts they didn't know if they had, I bought less than a mile away at a VIP Car Center. The hard to get parts? Wipers and rain shields for a 2013 F150. Pretty pathetic for a FORD dealership. More

Disorganized, and lack of communication The first day we went to look at a vehicle the keys were nowhere to be found so we could not test drive. Left contact info herd nothing. I had to call and schedule a test drive left work early got a baby sitter we were planing on making an offer so my wife came. We arrive on or near time, turns out they sold the car hours earlier. Having delt with other dealers in the area I would have to say there service was by far the worst. Don't waste your time! More

Great Experience We came for a test drive and drove home in a 2008 Saturn Aura. The sales staff was friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. Absolutely Impressed With This Dealership and The Sales Crew I bought a Ford Edge yesterday, and from my initial call to the signing of the paperwork, was easy breezy! I have been looking for a few months, and when I pulled up they had exactly what I wanted color, price, and my sales person Drew Bassett was so informative he went above and beyond explaining the car! We had some good laughs on the test run, and it just made me so happy to feel not just another sale! This is my second car from this dealership and was so impressed with their overall customer service and will be referring as much as I can to this dealership! Highly recommend! More
