Great customer service On June 19th, 2019, my wife and I were returning home to Pennsylvania from Bar Harbor when the windsheild wipers on our Winnebago RV stopped working. On June 19th, 2019, my wife and I were returning home to Pennsylvania from Bar Harbor when the windsheild wipers on our Winnebago RV stopped working. Because the chassis is built by Ford, we stopped at Casco Bay Ford to see if they good help us. Although we didn't have an appointment, one of their technicians, Brian, took almost an hour to determine what was wrong. Although they were unable to make a repair they did help us find out what was wrong and we were again on our way south. Their friendliness and helpfulness was outstanding. They were polite and there was no charge for their time. We can't thank them enough!! If it were possible, we would give them six out of five stars for a rating. More

Scamming They send out the pull snaps to every single resident place and tell them that they win the price of at least $500 and tell them to come in the shop s They send out the pull snaps to every single resident place and tell them that they win the price of at least $500 and tell them to come in the shop so they can scan it. Doesn’t matter how long your drive is, 2 hour drive to their car dealership and they said you won $2. All they want is luring people in the shop so they can look at their products. Worst kind of advertisement ever. I will never ever shop in this car dealer. More
Wasted trip We we're looking for a very specific truck. Found 3 Nationwide using car gurus. 1st, in Texas, second in Oklahoma, and third,,, you guessed it casco bay ford. The truck in Texas have fewer miles and more options but let's face it, Texas is a long drive. Called the dealership in Texas and discussed the truck and what they would be willing to do with my truck as a trade without seeing it. After 2 days of back and forth emails and texts with pictures of my truck they came back to me with a ballpark deal. Wholesaler would be interested in my truck between 18-19k. This was a decent deal considering and the truck we wanted was priced great at 49900. A day went by and the Texas dealer called up and offered to deliver the truck to us in New Hampshire and pick up my old truck if I would accept 18k for mine. Perfect! Except for the uneasy feeling of taking delivery of a truck I never had seen in person before........ It's the technician in me I guess... So we called up caso bay ford and talked with Tia over the phone about the truck they had which was priced over 54k..... Caso bay is about 2hrs away from us and didn't want to waste our time if they weren't going to be able to match the deal from Texas. After Tia went back and forth with the manager she came back to me on the phone and said we will match it, we are willing to do what it takes to get the sale! So, we went for the drive, only to sit around half the day and the manager said no way,,, can't be done! The offer was 53k and 12 for my truck??????? Are you for real? Needless to say we didn't buy from them and now, the truck in Texas is gone!!! Well done casco bay ford!!!! More
Service Issue I have my 2013 F150 serviced at Casco Bay Ford in September. They noted that my front brakes needed to be replaced and my tire tread was getting low. I have my 2013 F150 serviced at Casco Bay Ford in September. They noted that my front brakes needed to be replaced and my tire tread was getting low. I had the front brakes replaced and new tires put on. I had Lyme disease so the truck wasn't used until this last month. I notice the inspection sticker was due so brought the truck into Casco Bay Ford for a sticker. Now they tell me it will need rear brakes and the front strut is leaking and if will cost over $900.00 to get fixed. Makes me wonder what they looked at back in September since the truck wasn't used since they last worked on it? More

Great time! Buying a vehicle can be stressful and Rob at Casco Bay made it easier then you would believe! He was very candid with the way he figured out what I w Buying a vehicle can be stressful and Rob at Casco Bay made it easier then you would believe! He was very candid with the way he figured out what I wanted. "I know I'm a car salesmen but trust me!" It takes a lot of pressure off and made the whole process a breeze. What I respected most about him was his genuine concern that I was happy with what I wanted. His managers were very flexible with us and they were very helpful too. There's something about the atmosphere in there that made my family and I feel relaxed. No, it's not the shiniest showroom with marble floors and chrome everywhere but it was warm and inviting... Regular guys in polo's and khaki's not suits, slicked back hair and arrogant. More
Stereotypic car dealer We are just starting to look at a new truck/SUV and aren't really ready to buy until we have decided what the right vehicle is. We told the sales guy We are just starting to look at a new truck/SUV and aren't really ready to buy until we have decided what the right vehicle is. We told the sales guy this up front. But they were typical high pressure sales tactics, get you in a vehicle and try to not let you leave until you commit to buying. Ugh, so sick of these tricks and traps. More
