I finally was able to pick up my Ford F-350 Lariat at Casco Bay Ford. I never meant the Salesperson Josh until I picked up my Truck he was fine but wish he spent more time going over truck with me. I’m a Veteran and I asked for a veteran discount. I was told unless your retired or active service you can’t get through Ford. I the Asked if Casco Bay could give me a military Discount since I’m buying a $80,000 Truck. I emailed the General sales manager never responded. When I went in to pick up Truck I asked again about Military Discount..He said the Management team said no.Josh said they could sell the Truck that I have had a deposit on over a Month to a guy from Iceland For $5000 more than I was paying.The two managers just sat up on their thrones not really carrying if I bought the truck or not. I was told by Josh if I financed through them I could get $500 off. The owner of this dealership Eric Chinchette all four uncles served in WWII as had my Dad. I was not asking for much off I was going to buy the Truck either way . I am happy with the Truck but for someone who spent 15 years in the car business I don’t like the dont give a xxxx attitude of the management Your customers are your best advertisement . They did not thank me for my business. Wow! I guess customer Appreciation don’t mean anything at Casco Bay Ford. In and out thanks for your money have a good day! I dont understand what happened to casco bay ford service department but i can tell you they dont knowwhat there doing at all. i called three weeks ago i had a engine light come on they set up a time i took department but i can tell you they dont knowwhat there doing at all. i called three weeks ago i had a engine light come on they set up a time i took it down they said there was a recall on the censer that caused the light to come on.and they fixed it. one day later it came on again i called went back they said it was the knox cencer and they had to order one and wanted to know if i had a extened warrenty because it was 600.00 dollars for the sencer friday after that they called to say the part was in and made a appointment for 9 am the 7th sept i drove 2 hours down and 2 hours back for the third time and they said they didnt know who called but they didnt have the parts after 12 hours of riding back and forth i was very upset and i told them so.then i found out the sencer was or should be covered under the recall i am very unsatisfied with this dealer as far as service when the other service manager was there i never had this kind of problem.sorry to say but i would not recomend this service department for anything.they dont tell the truth they probley sold my sencor to someone else. because of this i will not deal with them again and im telling friends and family to do the same hate to see a place that was fair and new what they were doing turn to this cost me 120.00 for three trips down there and my truck is still not fixed More

Staff wasted my time, and prejudged my appearance. After a 70hr work week, I decided to dress down with sweatpants and a tee shirt. Did not even bother to introduce himself. On the day after Thanksgiving, I bought my much needed F250 truck with the new 7.3 liter V8, aka the Godzilla. Casco Bay Ford had the very best financial deal of all Ford dealers in central Maine. In fact, I passed 3 Ford dealers on my way down to Yarmouth. Dylan was my salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the truck. These new trucks are very complicated with a lot of features and he was able to walk me thru the new Ford App, which even offers an auto start from your smartphone. Then, I finished up with Gregg, the business manager and we breezed thru all the paperwork on a tablet and walked out with hardcopies of everything. I also purchased from him an extended warranty for another 3 years and up to 75000 miles beyond the 36 month/3 year bumper to bumper, which I thought was a great deal and offers peace of mind. All in all, it was a great buying experience and I would always check with Casco Bay Ford before doing any deal anywhere. More
