Never a hint of pressure from the salesperson, who was extremely knowledgable about the models, engines, transmissions and the new technology used in the cars. We took an awesome test drive off road up a hill and stopped half-way up. The grass was wet, but we powered up the hill with no tire spin at all. We were both amazed by the all-wheel drive and the quietness of the ride. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Afterward, my wife said that they didn't really sell us the car, they just helped us buy the one we wanted. It really was that easy. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. BTW, they also sell Audi and Mazda, and I suspect those buyers get treated the same way. More
