Darryl, We are sorry you were not happy with your visit. A sporadic issue is a very difficult issue for us to deal with. Due to the wording of most service agreements if we do not get the problem to occur we cannot perform a repair nor will they reimburse us for any work done. Again, we are sorry we could not make you happy. Hopefully we can get this resolved at some point.

Mr. Valesky, We are sorry you are not happy with your service at our dealership. Our records indicate you were in our shop only once on 3/25/20. At that time we performed two open recalls, provided you with a loaner car and washed your vehicle all for no charge. Unfortunately there was no mention of an oil consumption issue so our employee didn't mention the service bulletin. Even if you had mentioned a consumption issue the mileage of your car at that time (110,444) was not within the parameters of Subaru's extended engine warranty. If you would like us to perform a consumption test to determine what repairs are needed to your engine let us know and we will schedule it at your convenience. Once we determine what is wrong we will try to keep the cost of repair as low as possible without compromising the work. Again, we are sorry you are not happy.

Yes, there was a time when several brands of cars had Tekata airbag issues with no repair available. This was a manufacture issue, not a dealer issue. . We are sorry you got caught in that mess like the millions of other consumers who drove Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Audi and several other brands. Fortunately the airbag parts became available and the repairs were made.
