I had a wonderful experience with everyone on the team purchasing my new Subaru crosstrek. I was searching for a car manufacturer and model that I felt was comparable to driving my former Audi‘s and Lexus purchasing my new Subaru crosstrek. I was searching for a car manufacturer and model that I felt was comparable to driving my former Audi‘s and Lexus cars but I didn’t wanna pay the price for those cars at this stage so somebody recommended I looked at a Subaru cross track and I liked it from the first time I read about it I told Matt my sales person that my two most important criteria LOL was that I take to test drives that he not chitchat with me during the test drive so I could concentrate on how the car drove and handled and also that I had a car that offered leather seats I got a call from matt saying on a Thursday that if I could get in there that they had Subaru model that he thought I would like I was very busy but ready to buy/lease a new car because I did not like the vehicle that I was currently driving so I made the time went in came back for my second test drive on a Friday and signed the deal because it met all my criteria it was a beautiful color the people in the office and the sales manager and the person that was doing the financing on the lease were all very very pleasant and Matt was very helpful explaining to me how to use my new car so I signed on the line the next day and drove out very happily with my new Subaru and have gone back to the days of feeling like I was driving my Audi or my Lexus so thank you to all the people and to Subaru ! More

Each team member I met with was helpful and friendly. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I liked the on-going follow up as I moved through the process. Matt even sent me a picture of my Outback when it came it! That was really nice. When I pick up my car, lots of time was spent acclimating me to the new car and it's features. The finance part of the process was good as well. Patrick reviewed all the options and documents and answered my questions. There was never any pressure from anyone on the team, and no "game-playing." I felt like I was being treated honestly and with high integrity. More

I haven't had to use the service center yet so I can't rate it. My husband and I enjoyed working with Matt. I had recently purchased a 2015 WRX from another dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. A month exactly after owner the car, the check engine light came on and was reading codes for the Transmission. After fighting too in Cuyahoga Falls. A month exactly after owner the car, the check engine light came on and was reading codes for the Transmission. After fighting tooth and nail to get to take my car down to that dealership(I live in Mentor, so it's a 50+ miles one way for me) and getting the run around, they finally did the smart thing and called Cascade and let them take over. Come to find out, not only did I need one of the O2 sensors replaced in the car, it also needed an entirely new transmission!! (I fully believe these codes were on before I purchased the car, as they ended up being in the "history" aka a "stored" code, and after some driving they conveniently popped on for me) Cascade squeezed my car in, and worked on is as quickly as they could, providing me detailed information each step of the way. Luckily, Subaru had done an extended 100,000/10 year warranty for the 2015 CVT transmission for the WRX. And I just made the cut at 95k miles. My car now has a new transmission and O2 sensor thanks to Cascade and their hard work! Both Todd and Ron in the service department were excellent, always answering my call or returning it as soon as they could. I appreciate greatly all the hard work they did to get my pride and joy back on the road. I don't trust many when it comes to doing work on my vehicles, but I would definitely recommend and be a return customer to Cascade Subaru! It is worth the drive! More
