Spring had sprung and getting away to test drive a car and make a commitment to buy one was getting harder. So one Saturday we finally got to the dealership and did our test drive of an Equinox and an Impala. the only problem was there were no more 2016 Impalas left. Our decision to go with an Impala was questionable. We actually almost purchased a 2015. But the one they had was white and we didn't want white or black. So they found one at another dealership and were going to do an exchange. It was late in the day on Saturday and they weren"t going to be able to do it til Monday. We went home with the plan to purchase a 2015 Impala and then decided "no" we wanted a 2016. so Monday we called back with our change of mind. everyone was OK with that but they had to search for one we liked. I went in on Tuesday , they had found the color we liked-the blue velvet metallic with the titanium/ black trim interior. It was located in Missula MT. so they sent someone to get it on Wednesday and I picked it up on Friday. Everyone at the dealership was awesome! In fact just 6 days after we purchased the car I was in Portland OR and had locked my keys in the car and Randy our salesman was able to help me with the onstar number to open my car doors. so today is one week of ownership and we are very happy with everyones help in this purchase. My service My only problem was that I had a bad sensor that had to be replaced at about $260.00+. Well after the job was completed and they came into the waitin My only problem was that I had a bad sensor that had to be replaced at about $260.00+. Well after the job was completed and they came into the waiting room the service guy says " well we didn't have a silver one so we had to put a black one in" . I think I should have been told that prior to having it done as now I have a black dot on my back bumper that doesn't match the other sensor. They also cleaned my fuel jets and oil change. That was done fine. More
I have went to Cascade Auto center twice to shop for used cars (trade in my 07 subaru legacy) as well as being awarded the "grand prize" (a free oil change) by mail. Both times when going to the dealership cars (trade in my 07 subaru legacy) as well as being awarded the "grand prize" (a free oil change) by mail. Both times when going to the dealership I got rude service and the runaround. Before even going into financing I told them what I wanted and they pretty much told me I couldn't afford anything they had. BTW I have perfect credit and make pretty good money. When winning the prize they told me I had to buy/trade a vehicle in order to even talk about what it was. I will NEVER go here again and hope to warn you against it as well. Not very happy to find out that not only was my car, but a friend whom I recommended to this company, had purchased a previously wrecked car. Only because I had to take it into the BMW dealership for major repair was I informed that the car had been wrecked and fixed. This was never disclosed to me prior to my purchase and the carfax report was clear and it had a clear title. I asked over and over again questions that would lead them to let me know it had been in an accident, and why the 323 CI letters were not on the car, and why one window was a different shade? and why the key in the door lock didn't work quite well. I was told that sometimes people don't like the letters on the car that they prefer to have the sleek unadorned look. BULL Pucky! If it had not been the only car that I wanted that was available, I would not have purchased that dealer. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, they are selling previously wrecked cars without disclosing the facts. More
