Excellent service from my start to finish This was my first car I bought and financed through a dealership so the whole process was quite foreign to me. However, Paul VanHorn was a great sales This was my first car I bought and financed through a dealership so the whole process was quite foreign to me. However, Paul VanHorn was a great salesman to work with. Their certified Cadillac technician noticed an issue on the car while doing the inspection. Paul immediately took me into talk with him and show me what they found. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this because it was a very minute issue if it got addressed. If I hadn't known about it, it very well could have cause me lots of issues (and a lot of money) in the long run. This could have easily been missed by someone not knowing what to look for and it also got a better price on the car. Overall I was very impressed with both of these and I have recommended Paul to many people since. More
