Ariana Mendoza from the Customer Care Center contacted me and indicated that the vehicle was available and connected me with Paul Jarolimek in Sales. Paul worked with me by providing detailed answers to my questions along with maintenance records and additional photos via email. Paul put me in contact with Ted Kincaid of the Finance Department who worked with me on finance options, licensing and taxes to determine my final cost prior to delivery. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Paul who came in on his day off. I test dove the vehicle and it was everything I expected, there were no surprises. First oil change I arrived about 15 minute early and they got me right in. I also had to have my cabin filter changed, they found 3 dead mice. Buying A new Car???? The sales ppl are very helpful. They have been in business for many years and there is reasons for that! One is not selling poor quality cars. Two is offering easy financing. Three is the large inventory of autos to choose from... A low pressure sales team especially compared to other dealers in Wenatchee. Four reasons might be the large service department. Good location for me as its close to Hwy 2. The bad is something that happened last year there getting oil changed . It took 2.5 hours ?! For an oil change?! And it was a scheduled appt. that is a little long for an oil change. Other than that one incident, we have had mostly good times !
