Excellent Service! Tony Serrano went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car back in time to travel to Roswell on a required trip. My car required extensive repairs and a part that had to be ordered. The mechanic (did not learn his name) and Tony stayed past normal working hours so my car could be ready to leave early morning the following day. They had to park it outside the gates of the lot, so they even parked me between two other new vehicles so my car was not sitting in a vulnerable spot. One more thing I should mention and that is that Tony must have answered five phone calls from me while I desperately followed up on the progress. These guys are great! They always deliver the best service, but this time was very special. More

Eric did a nice job at the time of delivery as well. The thing that stood out was how the team at the dealership is working as a group and help each other out when the specific sales person assigned to you is busy with other customers. Nick (Finance) was also very helpful in explaining the process and we were done in a few minutes without any hurdles. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others living in Alamogordo in need of a new Toyota vehicle. More
