I contacted Toyota corporate as well, spent an hour on the phone with a delightful representative. Said there was a file number, emailed to me. Never got it. Said a Toyota representative would contact me Monday or Tuesday. Well truthfully, she didn't say WHICH Monday or Tuesday, but it has been a week with zero response whatsoever.
