Found the used Yukon XL with exactly the features! Desert Sun has several showrooms. I was looking for a needle in a haystack, a 2012 GMC Yukon XL (newest version I was willing to spend on) in a gold Desert Sun has several showrooms. I was looking for a needle in a haystack, a 2012 GMC Yukon XL (newest version I was willing to spend on) in a gold / brown color with 4wd, tan leather, navigation, and the 5.3 engine. This is very hard to find because navigation is usually only in Denali and Denali only have the 6.2 engine and I wanted 5.3 which gets better gas mileage. Desert Sun Roswell had one, we're nearer to Alamogordo and they accomodated us by sending the vehicle to Alamogordo. We took it to our local garage to have it checked out and everything checked out as expected. Purchased it today, smooth hassle free transaction. Saul Velasco was our Sales Rep and xxxx of a nice guy to work with. Thanks - I'm sure we will enjoy our new car :) More

The staff is friendly, and the work get done, but the wait and the prices are more than what is comfortable. My first service for my Prius was the initial oil change. The manual specifies using synthetic oil. I foolishly assumed that, because this was the dealer, I would get synthetic oil. That was not the case as I found when reviewing my service slip after I got home. I paid them to do it wrong?! Since then, I do my own oil change, and I KNOW what type and grade the oil is. My last service was for a recall issue, and even though I made an appointment, I had to wait longer than the 45 minutes as stated in the recall letter. This place sold me the car, I wish they could do better at helping me keep it maintained. More
