We originally met Ryan (AKA “Big Country”) while window shopping for a pre-owned SUV around town. Although we found a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that had piqued our interest, we decided not to buy and Ryan was more than supportive the entire time. Fast-forward a month later after we foolishly purchased a lemon vehicle from a dirt lot dealer, Ryan showed us nothing but empathy and helped us trade-in that nightmare towards a Cherokee almost identical to the one we found originally.
