WEnt in to buy a car as advertised, turns out advertised price was only if you used THEIR financing. Salesperson could not do anything without first talking to his manager. They kept shoving pieces of pape price was only if you used THEIR financing. Salesperson could not do anything without first talking to his manager. They kept shoving pieces of paper with payment per month in front of our face. They REFUSED to give exact sales price, tax, title , license fees. Turns out they were HIDING a 36 month car warranty that cost 2200 dollars in the deal!!! They quoted us one interest rate, than figured out the payments for a rate 2 per cent higher! They were very conniving, would not break down what we were paying for the vehicle until we about to leave. I never found out what the car would have cost!! We went to El Paso and bought a Mini-Cooper. It was like night and day, everything up front, no hidden fees, even got a better interest rate than what WSFCU promised! You almost need an attorney to shop at Borman's! More

I purchased a 2009 car from this dealership. I waited around to sign paperwork and wasn't able to drive off the lot for over 12 hours. Everybody had excuses to why it was taking so long. After all this around to sign paperwork and wasn't able to drive off the lot for over 12 hours. Everybody had excuses to why it was taking so long. After all this I was surprised when it began falling apart less than 30 days after purchasing it. I called the insurance company that I purchased through Borman and they refused to pay for any repairs. They told me that Borman would be responsible. I called them to ask them about it and they told me too bad I would have to pay for everything on my own. They sold me a car knowing there was a possibility that this car would fall apart. They were more concerned with the money than anybody's safety. What if I was on the freeway or had my kids in the car or was in the middle of traffic? More
My sales person respected my wishes while I was shopping. I requested that he "leave me alone" until I asked for him. He gave me his card and went away. I dislike being "hawked" by a salesman. When I wan I requested that he "leave me alone" until I asked for him. He gave me his card and went away. I dislike being "hawked" by a salesman. When I want something I will ask. The negotiations were smooth and I thought they were fair. I did price match with another dealer and I got the deal I wanted at Borman. The finance person was excellent. We did what had to be done in a quick and timely manner. At delivery, my truck had to be "re-inspected" and cleaned prior to my acceptance. My sales person was most pleasant to deal with when this happened. After the cleaning, he, (the sales person), said "Those windows look very bad". He took the vehicle back to the shop and PERSONALLY cleaned the windows. I felt this was above and beyond what a salesperson normally does and I made it known to his management team immediately. I've been back to the dealership several times and have continued to get the type treatment noted above. I must add, that on at least 2 occasions it was the finance person who assisted me. And the assistance had nothing to do with finance. My salesman was either not at work or was with another customer on each of these occasions. Would I recommend this dealership to friend or family????? A B S O L U T E L Y !!!!!!! I hope the service department will maintain the high standards set by the sales and finance departments. More
Went in with a friend to buy two new vehicles. Had a price on the windshield of $15999(New Ford Focus). Ask salesman Ralph if we could get any better deal on that price. He said let me ask my boss (Juni price on the windshield of $15999(New Ford Focus). Ask salesman Ralph if we could get any better deal on that price. He said let me ask my boss (Junior), came back and said if you finance a minimum of $7500 with Ford Motor Co 0% for three years no pay off penality you can get a $500 rebate. We agreed, Credit approved. Came back to close on the vehicle and set down with fnance and they bring out papers. We told 0 percent was not available on that vehicle but was only 2.9% so0 if paid of in 3 months only $30. Salesman said he screwed up. Paperwork then had amount to finance $500 more. Was told $500 rebate was already on sticker price on windshield. Junior call us in the next morning and said he was very sorry that it was his fault and if he could get the $500 back off would we go ahead. I told him it does take a big man to admit that he made a mistake and said yes. Said he would talk to boss and call me after deal was done and even bring paperwork to us. Called back and said there was nothing he could do. They are liars and a dishonest company. Junior stated he would have to live with his mistake. More
A 0 down 0% deal on an Explorer was in progress that we wanted to take advantage of at the time. The salesman came to me with a $915/mon payment! I asked for my trade-in keys back to leave. He went to wanted to take advantage of at the time. The salesman came to me with a $915/mon payment! I asked for my trade-in keys back to leave. He went to his manager and came back with a $515/mon payment, but no keys! I said "If you can drop $400 with a 10 minute conversation you were just attmpting to screw me from the beginning. Where are my keys?" He went and GOT HIS MANAGER! The manager tried to explain what a great deal I was getting but at this point I didnt want to have anything to do with this bunch. But he still wouldnt give me my keys! I had to threaten to call a cop before he'd retrieve my keys to leave, and the manager was still playing his games even as we were getting back into our car. What a bunch of jerks! We went to Jack Key in Deming and got a $450/mon Explorer and no drama. It was a MUCH better experence to say the least! More
Worked with James to special-order a new Mustang. He was very helpful and worked with me to select the options and costs for each as I built my car. The price was fair, and the car showed up within a few da very helpful and worked with me to select the options and costs for each as I built my car. The price was fair, and the car showed up within a few days of its estimated arrival (which depends on the factory more than the dealer anyway). Great follow up service - even got a hand-written thank you in the mail! Great place to do business! More
Called them on a new No Haggle Priced vehicle, gave them the info on my vehicle, they (there words)said "After crunching the numbers we can give you $14,500.00 for your trade, because our vehicle is priced the info on my vehicle, they (there words)said "After crunching the numbers we can give you $14,500.00 for your trade, because our vehicle is priced so low we can not give you more on yours" The low trade in price they offered would give me $2,200.00 less than Kelley Blue Book good trade and $650.00 BELOW fair trade. So let me see they claim No Haggle Priced vehicles this is true, you definitely can not haggle on the price of there new no haggle priced vehicles, and in my case to make up for the $1,900.00 discount on the no haggle priced vehicle they lowered my vehicle trade by ($2,200.00) to make up there discount. Then Dwaine gave me the good news "if you put down $1,000.00 dollars cash you can have the vehicle for $xxx.xx a month for 72 months. The math caculations done by this Autoplex is not complex, and I believe I should be the one spending my money not them. I took my business elsewhere to another dealership. More
