If you are afraid a car dealer will charge you too much because you don't like to haggle? You will love this place. The sales guys explain the vehicle to you, the price is on the bottom and make sure when you leave you understand everything, as the days after purchasing the Mazda 6 I feel better and better. More

This car has given me excellant service and has about 54000 miles. In the last 2 months the car started making a noise that sounded like a whine in an old differential just above 40 MPH.I brought the car to Borman Honda and under the direction of Mr. Mocerino his technicians diagnosed the problem as a faulty right front wheel bearing which they replaced with a new assy. which corrected the problem completely. I have alwaays been very sastisfied with the service at Borman Honda whether it was an oil change or a repair.I will continue to have my car serviced there and have also recommended Borman to my friends.I have found that the service writers, especially Mayra, have been knowledgeable and understanding. Bait and Switch and treated with no respect MY BORMAN AUTOPLEX REVIEW I first corresponded by email with Caitlan who had the perfect V-8 vehicle! I also found that vehicle online on their website with the same VIN number so I knew it was the same. However I noticed online that they said it had an ecoboost engine and I know V8s don’t have ecoboost engines so I was very confused but went in anyway to see the truck. I had already explained I was very very chemically sensitive and wasn’t sure how I would handle the new smells, I explained that I got brain seizures and other reactions from the strong odors. As soon as I got there, I was told the truck had sold and that just didn’t feel right. The truck is still on their website now and I spoke with someone about it through their chat box and she told me, 3 days later, that it has not sold. So another truck was brought around but the vehicle smelled so toxic I couldn’t even get into it. By that time, Nate was being quite rude to me and he kept shouting and asking me why I wouldn’t get into it with $12,000 off and I kept saying “No, not if it makes me sick!” Finally I kept telling him to stop putting me on the defensive because that was he was doing, backing me into a corner and attacking me. I still don’t understand why he did that, I was made to feel like a horrible person for having an illness no one would want because it has limited my life totally. I’m 69 years old not that it makes a difference, no one should be treated with such disrespect. I have never had to face anyone like this before, usually when I speak of my sensitivities, I am respected and no one pushes me any further. So I left feeling quite ill, stress makes it all so much worse. This wasn’t worth it in any way and I am still also angry at the bait and switch. I have never been treated with such disrespect and am still reeling from it and not understanding and wondering what I did that was so wrong except be honest. More
Do not buy a car through Borman. Their sales department staff will try every old school car dealer trick in the book on you. They will over-price the new vehicle, under-value your trade-in, and offer you h staff will try every old school car dealer trick in the book on you. They will over-price the new vehicle, under-value your trade-in, and offer you horrendous financing. They will try to pressure you into buying in multiple ways. Attempting to buy a car through Borman was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Save yourself a lot of money and go somewhere else. The Borman service department, on the other hand, has always treated my square. More
The dealers are all really friendly when you are there to buy a car, it all goes down hill once you actually sign the papers. I am basically screwed because they told me there was only one problem with the c buy a car, it all goes down hill once you actually sign the papers. I am basically screwed because they told me there was only one problem with the car I was buying, was an easy fix, I am having multiple problems with the car, I should not have trusted them. Now I know why the price of the car was so great, I believe they knew about the problems but are hiding it now, I highly doubt all these problems just started as soon as I drive off the lot it's been less than a month. On top of it we had the hardest time trying to get them their money! We could never get a hold of anyone who would help, it's almost as if they have never had a car financed from a personal bank. Boss of salesman tried to force us into buying vehicle in color and option package we did NOT want. (More expensive of course.) Never offered to try to find what we wanted at another regional dealership, a c color and option package we did NOT want. (More expensive of course.) Never offered to try to find what we wanted at another regional dealership, a customer service tactic we found out later they could do. Felt sorry for our salesman as he was in trouble with his boss because we would not buy that day. Later did my own looking online of regional inventory and found model and options we wanted in Artesia, and that dealership worked with us via email and phone to negotiate price. Then they met us at a location 2 hours from Artesia, making us drive only one hour from home to where we were doing our financing anyway. More
Changed owners, went to "one price". Changed owners, went to "one price". Service center told me an expensive oil leak to fix, about $1000. My trusted mechanic of 10 years told me the Changed owners, went to "one price". Service center told me an expensive oil leak to fix, about $1000. My trusted mechanic of 10 years told me there was none. "One price" is pretty subject to what they want to add on after you fill out papers for an hour or so. All in all, can get a good price there, but SLEEZY as in old time sleezy car salesmen. More
Horrible place to but a car. Choose another dealer. The salesmen are not allowed to tell you what price the vehicles are, so you cant know what is in your budget. The price is based off your credit. If you salesmen are not allowed to tell you what price the vehicles are, so you cant know what is in your budget. The price is based off your credit. If your credit score is not so hot the price increases by thousands. The process to buy the car takes sooooo long i was there for over 7 hours, trying to negotiate a price because I had researched the car that I wanted online and was aware of the price range. Finally we agreed upon a price. A week later I was told the financing did not go thru. I had to either return the car or agree to a higher price at a higher intererst rate and the payments had increased by a lot. I had already added the car to my insurance. They are crooks and liars. choose another dealership. More
A truly pleasant experience. I left with my new car feeling I got the best deal and trade-in. Borman will surely be my first choice for my next car. feeling I got the best deal and trade-in. Borman will surely be my first choice for my next car. More
WEnt in to buy a car as advertised, turns out advertised price was only if you used THEIR financing. Salesperson could not do anything without first talking to his manager. They kept shoving pieces of pape price was only if you used THEIR financing. Salesperson could not do anything without first talking to his manager. They kept shoving pieces of paper with payment per month in front of our face. They REFUSED to give exact sales price, tax, title , license fees. Turns out they were HIDING a 36 month car warranty that cost 2200 dollars in the deal!!! They quoted us one interest rate, than figured out the payments for a rate 2 per cent higher! They were very conniving, would not break down what we were paying for the vehicle until we about to leave. I never found out what the car would have cost!! We went to El Paso and bought a Mini-Cooper. It was like night and day, everything up front, no hidden fees, even got a better interest rate than what WSFCU promised! You almost need an attorney to shop at Borman's! More
