After doing research on line, a Honda Accord Hybrid seemed like the one. Borman Autoplex was the only dealer that had a Honda Accord Hybrid within a 100 miles of my home. And it was in a color--champagne-- and interior--cloth seats--that I liked, and the price was reasonable. I met and worked with Duane Perrault. He was polite, soft-speaking, not pushy, knew all about the car. He made you feel like he was a good friend helping you buy the car you want. The finance manager Fred was easy to work with. He explained all the paper work and what was needed and why. The whole process was a pleasant experience; and I love my new car and the great gas mileage I am getting. More

Pat Sullivan worked with me over email and phone to discuss what we wanted in a car and ultimately got me and my wife to the dealership. Caitlin Johnson handled the sales part. Wow, what a friendly and professional young lady. She showed us 4 cars that we believed might fit our family needs, the Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer, Hyundai Santa Fe, and the Mazda CX-9 . She was well educated on the vehicles and could answer all of our questions. We ultimately chose the Honda Pilot and again felt that Caitlin and Pat delivered us a great price. We then went to the finance department where we met Sarah Gallegos, another exceptional Borman employee! She went over al the financial information with us, answered all of our questions and was very professional. Sarah really made the effort to search for the best interest rate for us so we could get the lowest payment. Throughout our entire two day shopping experience, it was very obvious that the entire Borman team we worked with truly wanted to sell us the car that WE wanted and that made both my wife and I feel very comfortable.
