No idea of customer service or formality in this company. Terrible!!! Stay away... After 3 or more hours negotiating, they came up with a price for a new vehicle, and a trade-in price for my current vehicle. Terrible!!! Stay away... After 3 or more hours negotiating, they came up with a price for a new vehicle, and a trade-in price for my current vehicle. As always, they requested my signature on the offer and we were agree on the terms. When I was signing the paperwork, and the new vehicle was taken to fill up with gas and wash it over, some one said that a mistake was made, and they could not honor the offer made. I was mad, spoke with the sales manager, with no result. Two days later, I spoke with the General Manager Bruce Weinrich, who apologize, but did not change anything about respecting the deal they previously offered. He basically spitted on his company name and reputation....He did not take any responsibility for the mistake made by his team, or tried to compensate some how the situation. Please do not give any more business to this company with no idea about customer service and formality... More
