Good experience, but I guess there's no way around how long it takes to buy a car. I didn't want to deal with "car salesmen" and was worried about them being pushy. However, from the moment I drove up to Borman, Jason (aka Fluffy) was nothing but helpful and courteous. He knew his stuff and was able to answer all my questions. He made the whole experience a good one and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a fabulous salesman! More

Great deal As soon as my husband and I arrived at the dealership I let know Carlo that our credit was not good. He said we could work something out. He came back with an estimated payment of way over $400. I wanted to stay at about $350. I said I would take the car at $419 including taxes, title and license plus GAP. I left to the bathroom and in the mean while Sarah was working on our deal in finance. While at the restroom I was still thinking that the pymnt. was still gonna be kind of high. I thought to myself: it will be great if they tell us that the pymnt. is less. So I walked out of the restroom and I expressed my thought to my husband and he said "finance lady just came and said that she has a deal that you're gonna like". Thanks to Carlo for working with us and Sarah for getting us a great deal we ended up with a pymnt. of $332. Carlo even got pizza and set up a table for my two children to eat while we were finishing at finance with Sarah. Also manager Pier was very attentive. More

AMAZING This is the second time I purchase a car at Borman. My first car was a Honda Civic, but this time I wanted more tall like an SUV and I got the Tucson This is the second time I purchase a car at Borman. My first car was a Honda Civic, but this time I wanted more tall like an SUV and I got the Tucson from Hyundai. Honestly, I went to look around see other cars but the customer service experience was terrible. I went to BRAVO dealership and they make me walk all the way to the car and it was 100 degrees outside. At Borman, as soon as we got there they put me on a nice car with cold AC to show me the cars and I DID NOT had to walk anywhere. They offered me beverages 3 minutes after we walk into the door, and of course we obtain a great deal for the car. More
