I purchased my 2021 Honda Civic back in December 2020, Salesman Joey was helping my wife and I out with the sale along with his Manager Adrian. I traded in my expedition, once we had negotiated a trade in value, they took it upon themselves to change the numbers once they found out I owed less on my vehicle than they thought. They lowered the trade in value and presented me with a different contract. Once we confronted Joey and Adrian with the change, they said they messed up, they basically dropped the value of the trade in value and billed the difference since we owed less on the expedition. Next, with the purchase of my 2021 Civic they promised to tint my windows, which they never gave me the voucher. They promised me a dash mat which I received 6 months later. The dash mat I only received after I personally went to the dealership and complained. After I received the dash mat, they sent me the wrong dash mat. They also told me it took so long because I did not post a review on google reviews. That was never a stipulation of the dash mat. This sounds super unethical. The car came with minor scrapes and a minor dent that they promised they would fix, 6 months later and they still have not called to fix the issues as they promised. If you want a good buying experience order the car online, Borman is horrible and will over promise and under deliver. If they would have never offered any items, I would have still bought the car, but the fact that they promised all these items and then come back that they did not deliver due to me not leaving a review is unethical business practice. Google should be reviewing their reviews as they are trying to buy reviews. Borman will change the value of your contract be aware of Adrian the sales manager as he tried to change my trade in value even after we had negotiated the terms. Cannot stress enough!!! Don't ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with them. We purchased a Ford F-150 from them in October 2020 and it is now Feb. 2021 and we still have not received been a nightmare trying to deal with them. I had the vehicle about a week and the check engine light came on. Borman Ford service department told me to make an appointment which would be 2 weeks away and they would diagnose the problem. They were supposed to provide a second key for the vehicle which they never did. I will never deal with them again. More

We went into Borman Autoplex to look at the Hyundai Sonata. Braden Tidwell is the one that assisted us. He was very helpful explaining all the features of the car. Poor Customer Service I called Borman Auto Plex on 05/05/2020 asking about pricing on a 4x4 Ford 150 Crew Cab. After being connected to the finance dept I was assured they I called Borman Auto Plex on 05/05/2020 asking about pricing on a 4x4 Ford 150 Crew Cab. After being connected to the finance dept I was assured they would call me back within the hour on some prices. Needless to say they never bothered to call me back but that's ok. I ended up buying a better truck at Bravo Chevrolet on that same day. Bravo Chevrolet knows how to treat their customers. More

After the sale I had about half a dozen questions and calls to Chris which he handed in a timely fashion. I am confident he will be there if I have additional questions.
