My family and I were first time buyers and to be honest we didn't know exactly what to expect from this visit. Mr. Ray Horvat showed us around. He made us feel comfortable in this new environment and explained exactly what everything meant without any overcomplication, but it wasn't all about business we also had a great time. Mr. Horvat made us feel like family, like it wasn't about selling us something but about giving us the best information he had available so that we could make a good informed decision. After viewing the car we liked, we took it for a test drive and afterwards fell in love with it, and knew we had to take it. Not only did our dream car have a great deal, but the people at Borman autoplex made the deal 10 times sweeter. Whenever we buy another car we will go straight to Borman. We walked in with a smile on our faces, and walked out with an even bigger one! We can say with confidence that there is no place in El Paso or Las Cruces with such a great customer service than that provided by the people of Broman autoplex.
