For me it's the NEW and IMPROVED Borman Autoplex 04/17/16 My wife and I drove from El Paso to Borman's to check out one of there Mazda Specials. I have purchased two Mazda's previously from them, with a lot of back and forth bickering, like pulling teeth. Well when we arrived on Sunday I met Mike Pierce and Dave Shortridge, both of these guys were perfect gentlemen and very polite. I informed them " if you buy my car for the price I have in mind and I will buy yours. Mike checked out my trade informed me of the value I didn't ask for a penny more I said sold make the deal and we did and Dave took the new Mazda for prepping and later went over all the details. Over ther past year my family has purchased six vehicles from several dealers and I have had to bicker with salesperson and managers. well This is why I titled the review New and Improved Borman with employees like Mike and Dave Borman got it right, Professional staff, great deal my wife and I are very happy and yes we will be back. Bait and Switch pricing with an overly aggressive dealer Salesman needs to learn that being overly aggressive, when customer (me) tells him I don't like that, cost him a long term relationship. Also, if car is $17,500 on the sticker, that is how much I should pay before tax, title, and license. No extra warranty should be required for purchase without being brought up during the negotiation process. There is NO REASON why I should be paying nearly $24,000 for the car before financing. This is bait and switch and to me is highly illegal... or at least unethical. More
