Worst Experience! My sales person, OJ, was terrific. Unfortunately, his support manager is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. OJ pointed out some defects in the paint job on my car and offered me touch up service. I wouldn't have known unless he pointed them out, so I was very happy about that. Since I live 45 miles away and it's difficult to get to the dealership during business hours, OJ and I coordinated dropping off the vehicle the night before the service was to be performed. When I arrived, OJ was at lunch so my son and I waited. During that time, OJ's manager walked up to us and started asking us what we needed. I advised him that I was there to drop off my vehicle for service. He proceeded to tell me that the service department was closed and that I'd have to return. I advised him that OJ and I had already coordinated the drop off. He then adamantly argued that neither OJ or he could do anything about the service times and that I would have return. Again, I had advised him that OJ and I had coordinated the drop off and that OJ had set things up - "OJ has already set this up for me." Again, he told me that unless I received a call from the service department that nothing would be happening and that I'd have to come back. I stopped trying to make him understand and then asked him to just walk away; and that OJ would be taking care of me. He left mumbling something that sounded like obscenities, but I cannot be sure. A few days before - on the day of the my purchase - this same manager added an additional 500.00 dollars to the price of my vehicle. I called this out to the finance manager and his supervisor, who then called it out to the manager. The manager rudely came into the finance meeting claiming everything was correct, to which everyone in the room pointed out the inaccuracy. He finally understood the error and left the room. A few days later, a support person who handles registration called me. Lacking any customer service skills, he just asked "Did you inspect the vehicle yet?" I was at a loss since he called me at work, so I responded by not understanding the question. He merely repeated the question, "Yes, did you inspect the vehicle yet? We need the paperwork." Again, I was confused because I though everything was handled by Borman. He sighed deeply in frustration and proceeded to explain rudely what he needed. I told him that I would call back later and just hung up. I could not believe the utter lack of customer service. For these reasons, I will NEVER do business with Borman again. Nor will I ever recommend Borman to any of my friends or relatives. More

This was the second car I purchased there within several I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Borman Autoplex in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This was the second car I purchased there within several months. I would prefer to have a root canal than deal with a new car purchase, but Nathan Miller and Pat in the internet sales department were just so informative and helped make the process smooth and comfortable. Nathan gives a great mini workshop on the workings of the car and encourages questions after the sale. Great team! More
