My Experience with Borman Auto When I went looking for a new family car I expected several things to happen, none good. However instead of a bad experience I got an awesome one at B When I went looking for a new family car I expected several things to happen, none good. However instead of a bad experience I got an awesome one at Borman Auto. Nathan warmly greeted my son and I when we rolled up, and appeared to genuinely care about our needs as customers rather than just "getting the sale". We talked about my needs for the family, some of the cars I wanted to see and went through the process in a whole lot less time than I expected. The experience really was easy as pie. It didn't take up my entire day, and I was able to get my son back home in time for dinner. The price was fair, and the vehicle was perfectly suited for us. Overall I think other dealerships could learn something from Borman, and especially Nathan Miller. Even after I had left the dealer with my car they were still helpful when I called with questions about the title. Great experience. More
