New car hunting After much research on line (reviews of this car were phenomenal and what sold me even more), and walking the lots in 100 plus degree weather, William After much research on line (reviews of this car were phenomenal and what sold me even more), and walking the lots in 100 plus degree weather, William Bosse, our salesperson had the right amount of "go after the sale" attitude and professional insight. He needed some support from other staff, as he was only with the company 6 days, but he seemed to know a lot about the vehicle, and was super personable. He had a warm personality that wasn't at all pushy and didn't seem fake, he was genuine. I was dreading the experience of car shopping, and had gone to other dealerships, but everything just felt right at Borman. We did get a little push to finance with Hyundai, even after we were pre approved at our bank, but with the rebate incentive it worked in our advantage to go with Hyundai. We did spend almost 5 hours there, and were super weary by closing the deal after 9pm that day. The finance director said she would research the option of financing with our bank in the morning as requested, and call us between 10 and 11 am either way, but she did not call until after 3 days, that set me off a bit. In the end it seemed to all work out. The service dept. was closed so we couldn't get the intro & tour. Overall a pretty stress free and warm experience. Bosse has real potential. This is a minor thing, but with the experience being so long, it would have been nice to be courted a bit better with offers of cold water or snacks. We are really happy with our car so far! More
