After the test drive all information was gathered and the finance manager was also very nice and helpful when it came to the process. It was our first time buying a car and we felt comfortable there and having our questions answered. Overall it was a very good experience going to Borman Hyundai, it was a much better experience than Hyundai of El Paso. My one concern was there was a change in the bank that we signed to finance the car. We had not gotten a call in regards to the change and we were confused about what had happened. Spoke to the finance manager the day after the change and answered all questions and settled any concerns we had about the changes. More
