Returned a new vehicle to Borman, which upset this guy and he’s trying to lower my credit score by submitting unnecessary credit inquiries. Save yourself time and money if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. More

The worst car buying experience We were lied to from the start. A deal was agreed upon that the TT&L would be included in the asking price of the vehicle as a discount. We purchased We were lied to from the start. A deal was agreed upon that the TT&L would be included in the asking price of the vehicle as a discount. We purchased all kinds of extended warranties and left with our vehicle. Upon further examination of the contract when we got home we noticed that the asking price and the TT&L were both in the contract. When I called them to tell them about the discrepancy about what was agreed upon and what was actually done, they told me that they never pay the TT&L. I told them that the amount of the TT&L was supposed to a discount from the asking price. I was told that they don't do that and there must have been a misunderstanding. FINE! I was then contacted by them to tell me that they have the second key to my vehicle and that they would send it to me since we live in a neighboring city. Two weeks later I had yet to receive the key. I called and texted the salesman a couple of times to check on the key situation. He was never available so I would leave my contact information but I was never contacted back. Two and a half weeks later I went by and they told me it was sent out. They said that if they should get it back, as return to sender, they would contact me. Again NOTHING. A week before the temporary license plates that were issued were due to expire I contacted them to see if they have had received the proper one. I was told since I lived in Texas that they usually take longer and they would issue and email me another temporary plate if they didn't get it in time. We called them on the day they expired and we were told they couldn't do anything till they actually expired. I again called them two days after they had expired and had to demand to speak to someone who could help me with the license plate and key situation because of course the salesman was unavailable. The manager then finally told me that they need me to go get the inspection sticker in order for them to be able to get my licence plates. I was also told by him that he would get me another key and to take the vehicle in when I take the inspection paperwork in order for them to program it. I told him I would be there in a few hours. I turned in the inspection paperwork to the most rude, foul mouthed manager I have ever dealt with. I told him that I was never told I needed to get the inspection and got no response. He had the salesman take me to the service center, who left me there, to get the promised key. The service center made me the key but told me that since I didn't have an appointment they could not program it and I would have to come back even though I was told by the manager to bring the vehicle to get it done at that time. I went back to the manager and advise him of the situation. He said that he told me would get me another key but that he didn't say when. As I was trying to tell him that he told me to bring the vehicle in when I brought the paperwork he cut me off and walked away. As I was leaving I expressed to the manager that he needs to realize that there is a key to my vehicle in an envelope with my address somewhere out there. Without saying a word he walked away again. My daughter who was with me at the time, called the executive assistant to inform them of the situation. They were then able to immediately program the key. We have yet to see what can and will be done about the lost key and how they will make my vehicle safe. More

He help us from start to end of sale. We get our new truck and its was a Ford dealership. We always had Chevy from Galles Chevrolet in Albuquerque, N.M. Since 1990. We were all happy to get in to our new truck. Trade in our Van that was great but this truck had more room and it was a 4X4.. More

Great buying experience. Leave feeling great about your buy I researched trucks and what features I wanted. Frank M was my sales man, I gave him what features I wanted and what my budget was. Frank never forced me to spend more then I had and worked with me. He found me a truck and let me test drive others just to make sure I was getting the truck I wanted. After I test drove, the finance department worked with me to get the truck within budget. It was a great experience. I recommend going with Frank and the fiance department at Borman to get your next car. More
