Poor excuse for a dealership. I would never do business with these clowns or recommend this dealer to anyone. Mike Washam is a poor excuse for a Sales Manager. My dad was trying to work a deal on a new truck and had his finances all squared away through his bank and was just waiting for the dealership to send a signed P.O. to finish the deal. Got the run around from the sales person all morning after being told the truck was still available only to receive a text letting him know that they had already sold the truck. Sales guy told him they could not honor the same deal if they had to dealer trade for another truck he would have to foot the bill for the extra cost. I spoke to Washam to attempt to remedy the issue and was met with a highly unprofessional, condescending “sales manager” who continually spoke down to me and spoke over me the whole conversation. Very disappointed in how my father and myself were treated. Will be contacting the BBB. More
