My visit with Casa Honda at the Autoplex was easier than expected due to not having purchased a vehicle been over 15 years. His managers Mike and Stephn gave me great info about the new SUV availability, which was great customer service from all sides. Luis in finance helped me get best rate with Honda which made me happy. Braden showed me around the service and parts department which saw Lisa help show me where to bring vehicle when routine maintenance is due. The follow-up after purchase has been good, and available when I have questions which Brandon has helped set everything in place. My friends with me liked the way we handle things from start to finish. Thank you again! Will refer and recommend anyone i come in contact with, saved me a trip to El Paso. Staying local is best in Las Cruces! More
I bought a Toyota Tacoma, used from this dealership on Oct. 10, 2025, the next day I had to take my spare key to my trade in and drop it off, they then told me that the financing that I'd already signed d Oct. 10, 2025, the next day I had to take my spare key to my trade in and drop it off, they then told me that the financing that I'd already signed didn't go through. I then had to sign a new finance contract with a higher interest rate, shouldn't have done that but I did, then they said they needed my husband on the loan, he drove the 2.5 hours and signed the paperwork, we thought the loan was approved then. Please note, the financing invoice charged me an extra $1,988.00 (Triton Paint & Fabric $899.00, Valueshield $1,000.00, and Car Rx GP $899.00, all that I DID NOT WANT). It took them until Nov. 6 to email me the financing/purchase invoice. I have tried to file a complaint, I was given the email address of the secretary to one of the owners of Casa Auto, they told me that was the only place that I could file a complaint, I've sent 2 emails to her and no response, so that was also a waste of my time, I then called the bank that was doing the financing today, 12/2/2025 and was told that they requested more information over 30 days ago from the dealer and the dealer has never replied. As of today, 12/2/2025, my trade-in was paid off, my new truck loan isn't even in place, I can't make my payment as there is no financing or bank to make a payment too, I am so confused and angry. What a horrible nightmare this has been. I am just hoping that this all gets resolved and I can move on and never go back there. More
Once again my wife’s Mazda CX5 is back in the shop for the same problem area of the rear differential as our first shop repair starting in March of 2025 and getting the car back in October. That “repair” took over 6 months in the shop and 3 or 4 “new problems” discovered and more than $10,000 charged. After having the car for only 2 weeks from the repair shop there is a new fluid leak around the same rear differential. I’ll leave it to the customer reading this review to make your own decision if you should buy or get repairs from Casa of Las Cruces. This has been a very very bad and costly experience and it is still happening to me. More
Wife took Mazda CX5 to service in March. The car started to jerk around when put into gear they said the transmission was bad. Then they said it was the software and after months in the shop we get the car back for over $10,000. repair. This was two weeks ago that we got the car back now today the wife is going to the gym and she said looked at all of the oil out from the back end of the car on the garage floor. She wants to take the car back to Casa Mazda to see what is wrong. Do you think they will do the right thing - I don't. They either made very bad judgments on the jerky car or they were taking us for a money ride. Now in 2 weeks we have another problems - hmmm. I would not go to Casa Autoplex they will take your money. 10-6-2025 More

1 because 0 stars is not an option. An extremely disappointing experience from the start. From looking at vehicles, to sales, to finance, to fighting to get paperwork on the vehicle - An extremely disappointing experience from the start. From looking at vehicles, to sales, to finance, to fighting to get paperwork on the vehicle - Every bit of working with this company was frustrating, and the incompetence was exhausting. In the end, after all the issues we had sith the actual vehicl, we just wanted contract paperwork so we would know how to make payments. Our payment was due in 3 days at this point and we had nothing. When we signed papers, we did not recieve/leave with any documents. We spoke to so many people that I lost count, no one took ownership just kept making excuses and pushing us to someone else. Blaming it on the bank, then on an employee who no longer worked there, telling us to "give it more time" when it has been well over a month etc. The big excuse seemed to be that they had hired a lot of knew people who needed training. I called over and over, talking to different people with no one willing to help me. Finally, weeks later(Aug 20th), I'm told a finance director would be emailing all the paperwork to me at that moment (he said I'd recieve it in 3-5 minutes), and that they do not provide hard copies of paperwork. No one had ever said that but ok-fine. I ask him to wait on the line while I check my email and wait for the documents, he agrees, puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. I called back and start the whole process over again with someone new. Thankfully this time I spoke with Bobby G. who was actually willing to take the time to help me. It turns out I CAN get a copy, so I headed to the Autoplex. Speaking to a "new" finance manager, it turns out the loan had not been completed until literally 2 days before this day (Aug 18th). I was told it sat there, until the new he completed it. Mean while I've been calling for weeks and all that needed to happen was for someone to print the paperwork. Trying to speaking to upper management was impossible with an employee telling me they had no contact information for them, then "transferring" me to them but just hanging up the phone. I spoke to different 'managers' countless times, I left messages on several lines and nothing. To say this experience was awful is an understatement and I wish we would of never purchased from them. I can only hope that someone reads this review and decides to go elsewhere. The owners/management should be absolutely ashamed by how we were treated. Most of the employees we tried to get help from were rude, unhelpful and entitled, not willing to help us resolve an issue we should of never had to begin with. I don't know why we were not given paperwork/contract when the vehicle was purchased but we trusted they were doing their job correctly. Car dealerships have such a bad reputation and after this experience, I truly know why. We do not recommend anyone purchase from this location. Please take your hard earned money and time else where- this establishment is an embarrassment. More

They had the exact type of vehicle with options that I wanted at a good price with low miles. Even though Gabe was in training, he's a very polite young man who is already very professional in how he carries himself. He has the potential to go far and be very successful. Tyler is friendly, helpful, not pushy, and always with a smile on his face. A nice bonus was the Orange Cow food truck with food for customers at no cost to them. More
