I purchased a Nissan Armada from Carvix - San Antonio in May 2023. I should have seen the red flag when I was told they couldn't' do a bank draft from my credit union, that they needed a cashier's check... May 2023. I should have seen the red flag when I was told they couldn't' do a bank draft from my credit union, that they needed a cashier's check..... but, about 6-weeks after the purchase I began to experience several different electrical issues. Having some automobile knowledge, I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and even hired a third party to inspect it and as I feared, found evidence the car had been involved in a flood. I contacted the manager on multiple occasions and even met with him twice in an attempt to resolve this issue. His attitude was pretty much "we didn't know" so how could we disclose it. He never offered to have the issues repaired or even to have his shop personnel to look at it. He was willing however, to "trade" with me to get me into another vehicle, but of course I was told that the one I had bought "had depreciated considerably" in the short time I had it, which was going to cost me to "trade" for a different vehicle. The extended warranty I purchased (not through Carvix) will not cover any repairs because there is evidence to show it was involved in a flood. So, I now have a vehicle that is experiencing multiple electrical issues and no way to correct it. I recommend that buyers beware... More
