Took over a week to contact me. I put in three online inquires about a car I wanted to look at and potentially buy. I sent three e-mails in and all I received back was a “Where’d you go” e-mail, asking why I sent in an inquiry and then “disappeared.” Then, I finally get contacted over a week later asking what they could help with. I told them, again, the same thing that was in the inquiry. They then told me they sold the vehicle I was looking at. I was told by others when I started looking at Carville’s that I should not, because they are awful. Decided to try for myself and apparently they were correct. More

This place a joke. I am a young single mom and this was my first time making a purchase this big. I got a 2094 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year and even though I love my Je I am a young single mom and this was my first time making a purchase this big. I got a 2094 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year and even though I love my Jeep I do not love what this place did to me. My Jeep has spent more time getting worked on and fixed then I have actually been able to drive it. Zach? Sold me what he made out to be a "Bump to Bump" warranty on my Jeep , turns out I had nothing like that at all. I have fought with these people to try and get my Jeep fixed and all they tell me is it's not covered by my warranty and it will cost this much to fix. I know have to replace the engine in my Jeep after only having it a year. When I called to see if they could do anything to help me they basically told me to xxxx off and hung the phone up. I believe Tiffany was the one I spoke to about getting help with my Jeep. I am a single mom. My son and ai live off very little and now I have to somehow pull $1600 out of my xxx to replace the engine in my Jeep? I WILL NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! More
