Darin has no idea what integrity means, and I highly doubt he has ever understood "customer service". They wont even fix obviously unsafe equipment. I understand used cars have wear an tear, but when its a safety concern, they are required to fix it before selling, or at the very least fix it when brought to their attention. I wouldnt trust these people to sell skateboards, let alone automohiles. More

Carville's sold me an u After purchasing a 2005 Jeep Renegade, the sales person was very pushy on having me do a review right away, I'm glad I waited. Carville's sold me an unsafe vehicle, with multiple issues. I had my vehicle checked at our local Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership after having multiple issues with the vehicle. Needless to say there were safety items wrong with the vehicle the Carvilles did not check before they sent me off the lot with it. Turns out they don't do safety checks in house, they won't tell you the company that does them and they dont keep the report in house.... I have spoken with there manager Matt Frahm multiple times and on all occasions he was rude, arrogant and treated me very disrespectfully. All is good when you're buying a car but once I had issues I was treated with nothing but disrespect. I have reported them to the BBB and am waiting a response. They sold me an unsafe vehicle, with multiple mechanical issues!! The customer service when having a issue is awful and honestly it's not worth it to buy from this dealership. I was strapped, In a bad situation and needed help getting into a vehicle. They took advantage of that and me not knowing much about vehicles. That won't happen again!! If you do choose to buy from there make sure that you have the vehicle inspected at another dealership. More
