We bought two cars from here, one a few years ago for $13,000, which blew its transmission a few months after buying while going over Red Mountain. Ended up limping it to Montrose and putting in a $4,500 transmission on credit in it, along with multiple other small but expensive issues over the next few years. We are about $20,000 in it now. We figured the first car was a fluke, and decided to go back and get a vehicle for my wife about three years later. The process left us with a bad taste. First we were pushed to a 2014 Kia for $12,000 that my wife was not too interested in but it had all the bells and whistles I liked. While doing the paperwork, some scare tactics were used to try to get us to buy a warranty that did NOT cover any engine issues. We decided against it. After signing the paperwork, Josh Richardson pushed us very hard to leave a review on a website, so do not believe all the forced positive reviews of people who haven't got the chance to make it off Carville's lot and give a real review. Afterward, he went around the office area slapping out high fives and being very unprofessional. It upset my wife so badly she was embarrassed and wanted to leave. Less than six months later, the Kia blew a gasket. Shame on them for fooling us once, shame on us for letting them fool us twice. More

Matt was the ultimate conscience professional, better than that, Matt really listened to our needs and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. No Hassles, No Pressures, just honest work and integrity in our dealings. Matt went over and above our expectations to not just find us a vehicle, but as we were in a bit of a time crunch, Matt came in on his scheduled day off to finish the deal. Then he ensured the items we agreed to in our deal were completed and timely. He was truly a superstar. We also worked with Kevin who surprised us with his willingness and ability to work us through a couple of challenges, which admittedly were truly above and beyond what is customary for a car dealership. Again no pressures, just facts. A special shout out to Jesse in the finance department for his thorough professional manner, finding appropriate financing at a very reasonable rate and specifically in explaining the nuances of all the required documents. We could go on and on. The TEAM at CARVILLE made our purchase as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In fact, I will even say that having purchased more than a dozen cars in my lifetime, it was the best car purchase experience I've ever encountered. Truly hard to believe in this day and age... Looking back, at this moment we are unable to think on literally anything the CARVILLE Team could possibly have done to make this experience more pleasant, enjoyable or appropriate. Terrible experience: they used a credit report/score that was at lease 50 points lower than I obtained from Experian on the same day. They only offered me only two car options, they added $1900 to cost of ve was at lease 50 points lower than I obtained from Experian on the same day. They only offered me only two car options, they added $1900 to cost of vehicle for mandatory one year warranty. They provided a 19% interest on financing. They put charges on the financing without explanation. Treated me like I was stupid because I misheard something. They added 6 months to the financing without explanation. The car stunk from cigarette smoke and the ashtrays were full of cigarette butts. More
