They were very fast. Jared and Marquis did an awesome job telling me that my cabin air filter in my engine air filter were filthy and changing out my wiper inserts. Bought 4 brand new tires Monday. Thursday one tire blew. I was driving on the interstate and my car starts wobbling. Having just bought brand new tires I didn’t think flat tire I thought loose lug nut. I ha I was driving on the interstate and my car starts wobbling. Having just bought brand new tires I didn’t think flat tire I thought loose lug nut. I had to drive to an exit it was unsafe to pull over on 465 in Indy at night. Tire was blown off the rim. I called carver and there was nothing they could do to help me. I had to change my tire in Indy in the cold at night. They were closing and couldn’t help me until the morning. Next morning I drove to carver and they didn’t have the tire in stock, sent me to Bill Estes Toyota near my work. Said my tire was under warranty. My car sat at Bill Estes Toyota ALL DAY and they called me multiple times to tell me that they are anti would not pay for my tire because “I drove on a flat” Carver assured me when I bought the tires that if anything happens to those tires it’s under warranty no matter what for a year. Had Bill Estes not just “waived” it they were going to make me pay for another new tire and mount even though I literally just bought that Monday. Toyota is normally so helpful but this incident was incredibly frustrating and I didn’t feel reassured or taken care of I had to continuously “figure it out myself” I was offered a free oil change for my next oil change but I just can’t believe I was going to have to pay TWICE for a tire and mount and was stranded on my own and had to keep trying to get the problem resolved it would have been nice to have just had it taken care of for me as it should have been. Everybody was nice but I felt utterly alone and left to pay for the faulty part days after purchasing it. More

Not too long a wait, and the service tech. who did the actual work, came and showed me the cabin air filter, which did need replacing. Also had the battery replaced, at the last moment. I was overcharged, but I asked for the detailed breakdown of the service, and the desk tech. saw the mistakes, and corrected the bill. More
