This was the 2nd time in two visits to CARVER Toyota that I've had to replace my wheel covers due to them coming off after having my car serviced and tires rotated there. Service dept is absolutely amazing! They are always patient with my mom, very friendly. She has difficulty hearing but they take the time to make sure she understands everything thoroughly. Please tell your staff to wear masks! I walked in to the garage to drop off and pick up my car and was horrified to see that on both days, while nearly all customers were wearing masks, no customer-side ser garage to drop off and pick up my car and was horrified to see that on both days, while nearly all customers were wearing masks, no customer-side service center employees were. I needed to get closer to one staff member to hand off and pick up my keys, and he did not put a mask on for this interaction. I find that unacceptable for many reasons, including that there is a statewide mask mandate in Indiana. How is your dealership customer-focused if your staff willingly interacts with customers who are themselves wearing masks and staff do not? I cannot in good conscience recommend your service center without better safety protocols in place. More
