Waited for the car and worked in the waiting room. After 1 ½ hours went to check and the car was waiting. Apparently had been there a bit but no one had notified me. Apparently everyone had gone to lunch. Need to develop communication a bit better. I got quite a bit of work done however, that was good! Was a bit surprised that the car was not vacuumed upon return. it was not in anyway dirty, just no effort taken. More
Unfortunately Carver Toyota service is in disarray. This is regarding a service on my Highlander. Issues: A/C low performance, missed trim bolt on rear bumper. Service re-filled the system with d This is regarding a service on my Highlander. Issues: A/C low performance, missed trim bolt on rear bumper. Service re-filled the system with die and recommended replacing A/C compressor and clutch. Recommended also to replace rear bumper.....more than 1000 usd . Did not took the time to ask what I would like to do, if a return was necessary to check A/C or option to the bumper. I decided to look at the problem myself. Bought the missed bolt at Toyota Parts on line and install it in less than 2 min. Less than $ 6 Usd......too low repair cost to the dealer to bother doing it? Rear door seal was found damaged after the visit. Near the missed bolt . As I can not proof it was ok before I will be quiet. Besides that I could see the technicians doing nothing but talking n the shop floor. Clearly simething is wrong out there. Hope you fix it because having a local dealer is pretty convenient. More

Great service. Everyone was attentive and polite. I did have to wait an extremely long time for a tire rotation. My appt. was at 2:30 (I arrived around 2:20) I did not leave until right around 4:30 p.m. it have to wait an extremely long time for a tire rotation. Everything was fine. I have window leaks and asked to have it checked when I called to schedule. After multiple years working with this dealership will likely not return. In trying to just get an appointment scheduled initially, I had to make more than 4 calls. I was on hold in excess of 30 minutes likely not return. In trying to just get an appointment scheduled initially, I had to make more than 4 calls. I was on hold in excess of 30 minutes on multiple occassions and constantly transferred from the operator to a service department that had no one answering its phones. This experience was one of the worst we have had. The service representative repeatedly failed to return calls and took an extremely long time to get back to me. After completion of service, in picking up my vehicle, there was no paperwork prepared to let me know what had been done after a full day of leaving the vehicle for what was supposed to be a "two hour job". I requested a printout after leaving the dealership and still have not received. We paid an exorbinant amount for a simple oil change and tire rotation because the vehicle was there for warranty work anyway. To this date have still not received our multi point inspection report that was supposed to be completed alongside that paid service. We were told that if he could not get the repair work covered by our warranty it would exceed $2500, but the only bill I saw was for well under the $2000 mark. Not reliable at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING. In the past, we have worked with Dale and Ruthi and enjoyed our interactions and felt like we were treated like family. Kuddos to both of them. That has been lost and our representative, which I will leave nameless here, but the dealership knows who "assisted" us, should not be in this line of work at all. More
I brought my 2016 4Runner in for service on April 5,2021. The next day after the service I noticed there was an oil spot on the cement where the 4 Runner was parked. I moved the 4Runner and the next 5,2021. The next day after the service I noticed there was an oil spot on the cement where the 4 Runner was parked. I moved the 4Runner and the next morning there was a new spill. I called Carver and they wanted me to bring it in. I told the person I talked to that I lived 60 miles away and didn't fell comfortable driving that far. So the person I talked to said I could take it to a local garage which I did. It turned out the drain plug was very loose. He added oil and tightened the drain plug. I called back the next morning and talked to I believe Dale. He was very nice and took $50.00 off my credit card. I have had the 4Runner serviced every time since I bought it at Carver's but one time(2020 because of Covid) and always had a excellent service. More
