Service advisor spoke down to wife in describing the coolant system operation and need for flushing. This is to occur every 50k miles or 4-5yrs and we had it done 18mo and 18k miles ago. He recommende coolant system operation and need for flushing. This is to occur every 50k miles or 4-5yrs and we had it done 18mo and 18k miles ago. He recommended other maintenance items that weren’t due for another 20k+ miles or several years. New tires were suggested but will measure the depth and get a second opinion/ tires most likely elsewhere More

Wasn’t told when scheduled last tire rotation that our free service expired in June. Should of been advised before they changed oil and rotated tires that it wasn’t going to be covered. free service expired in June.
