Extremely busy dealership and service department. They always work very hard to get scheduled maintenance done in a timely manner. All of the service advisors are fantastic. Carver recommended a new battery (not dead, but to be safe, replace) for our 2015 Lexus. With new battery, display does not work. Research shows this is a common, known issue with Lexus. Carver quotes $8000 new, $1000-$1400 if can find used. They keep car 3 weeks while testing and looking for used. They find one, fix it and cover the labor, but we are out of pocket $1000 for a known issue. Carver service is helpful and tried to resolve,, so they are ok to work with. However, we go there for their brand knowledge, and they ultimately asked me to pay for it. They did contact Lexus, and they would not support in any way. We are going to move away from Toyota/Lexus (have bought 6 over 10 years) and going to try other brands, searching for more support and ownership over their product and issues. More
