Very helpful when I checked the vehicle in for service. They outlined the work and helped me to assess if other repairs were necessary at this time. When I picked up the car, the gentleman who processed my paperwork stepped out to my car and fixed the glove compartment that had gotten unhinged. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. He was the same person who showed me how to reset my odometer last time when I needed to travel out of town. Great service, very friendly and very helpful. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. More
Carver Toyota always takes great care of my car. Should I need to wait on-site the waiting room is comfortable and clean. Very poor communication. Returned to service department 3 times for the same issue - my car was in their shop for a total of 52 days. Instead of doing what was in the best interest of the customer, they c 3 times for the same issue - my car was in their shop for a total of 52 days. Instead of doing what was in the best interest of the customer, they chose to attempt cheaper unsuccessful repairs. Car had extended warranty purchased from their dealership. Worst service experience I have ever had. More
If giving a zero would be an option that's what I would choose. I have had my car in for service 3 different times. The first for a headlight that was out. I had an appt and they still didn't have the part ordered. They had my car the whole day and still end up giving me a rental because they coulnt get the part.. The 2nd time I need a routine oil change and maintenance check. Again had an appt, they took ALL Day to change the oil and do the checkup and when I picked it up the oil light immediately came on. I called the service department and the girl told me they probably forgot to reset whatever it is they reset so a week goes by and its still keeps coming on. My husband checks the oil and its 2 quarts low. I had not been leaking any oil and its never burned that much oil before so I called and let them know that I don't believe they put enough oil back in after I paid over $200 for an oil/ maintenance check. They pretty much told me sorry but I cant prove they didn't put oil in it :/ The third time my transmission needed replaced and I had purchased the extended warranty. It took them over 2 1/2 MONTHS to get a transmission, only when I continued to asked to be put in a different vehicle did they FINALLY find a transmission. Then they tried to send me a bill when I was repeatedly told the warranty would cover it. The service department is awful... More
