Such a lack of communication as compared to other dealerships I use. Had to call repeatedly trying to get anyone to tell me wat was going on with the vehicle and always got a recording for which no dealerships I use. Mistakes were made, after a 3 hour oil change and inspection, that caused the car to have to be towed back to the dealer the same night. Dealer said it was an undertrained (and it seems poorly super inspection, that caused the car to have to be towed back to the dealer the same night.
