Great location and service work is great. Issue with communication, asked when can drop car off and get shuttle ride. Was told by team 7AM, but doors weren’t opened until 7:30AM. The Toyota Auto Care plan was not explained to us at the time of purchase of my car as it was explained to us at our appointment yesterday. At the time of purchase it was explained to be an oil change woul time of purchase of my car as it was explained to us at our appointment yesterday. At the time of purchase it was explained to be an oil change would be covered every time it was due. (No mention via words that it had to be every 10,000 miles even though brochure says 7500 miles) So, the sticker on my car said I was due for an oil change at the mileage I brought it in yesterday (actually 500 over). It was explained to me yesterday that the sticker doesn't actually mean oil change but rather tire rotation. In all my time of driving never did that sticker mean tire rotation. So that's why I brought it in yesterday for an OIL change. I was told I would have to pay for the oil change. Which I didnt agree with at first, but finally agreed to since I had made the trip from Seymour to Columbus. After checking out and getting back in my car, I realized that the oil change STILL never happened. So, after an hour and half wait all my service ended up being was a tire rotation. It is HIGHLY recommended that customers be told how many miles for each oil change. (we didn't know it should be 10,000 miles- our TAC brochure says 7500 miles). It is also HIGHLY recommended to be honest when purchasing products/services as the time of purchasing a car. More
