I live in Florida and was traveling to Wyoming. When my oil change was due 2000 miles within the trip I stopped at a place in Worthington Minnesota where family lives to have it changed. On our way home when we hit Indiana at 9:00 at night we noted the oil light came on and that we had an oil leak. We stopped and put oil in the car and googled where the nearest Toyota dealership was which was your dealership in Columbus Indiana. According to the internet you opened at 7:30 a.m. . 7:30 a.m. the next morning we were at your dealership the doors were open people were in place we were greeted explain the problem they looked it over they told us what it would cost we able we were able to have morning coffee and a clean environment. And your salesperson suggested that we might want to be replacing our windshield wipers soon. Knowing the weather coming up on our trip we went ahead and replaced them then. The service person that waited on us double checked everything had our car up on the lift did all point inspection to ensure that we would have continual safe trip. The staff was friendly and had us back on the road at 9:30 in the morning much to our surprise and gratitude. My son and I took our picture outside of your service department as it will be a wonderful reminder and an added joy to our trip More
I pulled in with a screw in my tire. They did not have a tire in stock to fit my car but they put my spare on for me and have kept me informed of the details of when my tire should arriv They did not have a tire in stock to fit my car but they put my spare on for me and have kept me informed of the details of when my tire should arrive. Carol was absolutely great. She kept me up to date on what was happening and was friendly and professional. Not ready for prime time! I had front brakes done 3 hours! I had rear brakes done. 3 hours! Front brakes were installed aftermarket and fell apart then rear brakes started to I had front brakes done 3 hours! I had rear brakes done. 3 hours! Front brakes were installed aftermarket and fell apart then rear brakes started to whistle and scrape/ aftermarket. Repeated returns 3 hours! Then both brakes replaced. 3 hours Over about ONE AND A HALF “MONTHS”!!! More
